Meeting people online can be unsafe LittleBird allows you to use social referencing to check the person thoroughly.
Little bird app is the first social background checking platform.
Whether you are dating or in a newly formed relationship our platform allows you to check whether the person you are romantically involved with is being honest with you about who they are and their relationship status.
Using a persons number you can either join a Nest or perform a Love Search. The app searches the platform for comments, pictures and relationships registered against the number. You are then able to speak to mutual contacts or contribute to the conversation on the Nest.
Social Referencing uses mutual contacts to verify a person’s character, traits, and behaviour by asking people who know them well.
A nest is a forum where people can express and discuss a person they have in common, which is linked through a mobile number.
The topic of each nest is a mobile number we use a mobile number as a unique id for an individual, to join a persons nest you have to have their number in the phonebook, once in the nest you can speak to other people that have that number and therefore have that person in common.
A love search lets you know if a number has been romantically linked to another user on our platform. If the number is linked to a relationship you will receive a Love Match notification, the app will then give you the option to speak to the partner or not.
Registering with Little Bird couldn’t be any easier! Download the app on the App Store or Google Play Store with a compatible device. For verification, you will be asked for a valid phone number. Once verified, you update your name, image and link your partner to your account. From there, you can search your contacts and begin to perform love searches or join a nest!
To link your partner simply update the field on your profile within the app. You can go to our FAQ’s Page, to find out more on how to add a partner to your account.
No, we do not. To utilise our service, users can only interact in nests that belong to their contacts.

Profile Account
Registering with Little Bird couldn’t be any easier! Download the app on the App Store or Google Play Store with a compatible device. For verification, you will be asked for a valid phone number. Once verified, you update your name, image and link your partner to your account. From there, you can search your contacts and begin to perform love searches or join a nest!
There is an option under your account to change or remove a partner.
You can update your profile anytime you like and put up any posts you want. To update your profile, go to ‘My Account’, and you will be able to amend it from here.
You don’t need a password, you get sent a one time verification code if you need to log in or change device.

To move forward with deleting your account, go to your profile page and select the “settings” icon. Then select “Account”. You will see an option to “Deactivate Account”. You can then select the reason for deleting your account.
Please note that all talks and settings will be permanently removed. If you are sure you want to delete your account, select “Deactivate My Account”.
Your account itself will be deleted included chats and posts, however users can still access your nest.
Comms & Features
Within a basic subscription you get once search a day, with a paid subscripition you get unlimitied searches a day.
On the basic membership you can have up to 10 nests however upgrading to a paid subscription allows you to have unlimited nests.
You only receive a notification when someone posts on your nest.
You can edit all notifications on the settings page, this can be to turn them off or limit how many notifications you get through either the app or through your main phone settings.
Billing & Subscriptions
To upgrade your account go to your profile page, click upgrade, pick your package and start enjoying your new benefits and features.
All payments, however, as it is an app, it will most likely go through the account linked to your phone on the App Store or Google Play Store.
This will depend on your current subscription; upgrades typically include more love searches, more nests, and more interactive features.
Safety & Privacy
To block another member, it’s simple, go onto their profile or chat, and at the top, there is a sign on the right-hand side, and when you click on this, it gives you the option to block or not.
No, they will not receive a notification, they will just not be able to contact you.
You will need to look out for an exclamation mark about the comment, then click this and it will give you a range of options on the type of report.
Block them immediately, you can do this through the chat, inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Little Bird is a zero-tolerance platform for harassment, abuse and discrimination. Users are encouraged to report misconduct on or off the platform or block users that violate community guidelines.
